On Monday, August 28, 2017 over 450 friends of local public radio gathered at Athens Cotton Press to celebrate WUGA's 30 years of service to the community. NPR Morning Edition co-host Steve Inskeep was the keynote speaker. The dinner event was capped by a concert by the Randall Bramblett Band.
