Phenomenological Research

Many students who graduate college feel unprepared to enter the workforce. In this segment, Dr. Brian Williams, Associate Professor of Public Administration in UGA’s School of Public and International Affairs, talks about how he prepares students for life after college. He gives his students assignments in which they have to leave the classroom and experience what it means to be in the career they are training to enter.
