10 UGA Players Attended the 2018 NFL Combine Which Finishes Up Today

NFL

Monday marked the final day of the National Football League’s 2018 Scouting Combine held in Indianapolis. The NFL Combine invited over 300 college football prospects, including 10 UGA football players, to show their skill in different athletic drills.

Staff from all of 32 NFL teams were there to meet and evaluate players before the NFL draft.

Former star running backs, Nick Chubb and Sony Michel participated in multiple events on Friday, while six other UGA players worked out over the weekend. Safety Dominick Sanders finished up the final day of drills today. Offensive guard Isaiah Wynn did not participate in the events due to a shoulder injury, but still attended the Combine.

UGA was tied with LSU for third place for having the most players invited to the NFL Combine, only trailing behind Ohio State and Alabama.

The NFL Draft will begin on April 26th and run through April 28th.
