College Students Hurt in Sledding Accident

Four Truett-McConnell college students were involved in a sledding accident on Wednesday morning. The incident took place on campus when the students ran into a power pole while sledding down a hill. Cleveland Fire Chief Ricky Pruitt says one student was left with a broken leg and another with serious facial injuries. Both students were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

The other two students involved were treated on scene for their injuries and were not transported to the hospital.
